Kristin Bennett, M.P.A
Co-Founder
Expertly leading EV site planning and acquisition teams for the last 8+ years, Kristin has played a critical role in the planning, acquisition, and development of EV sites across North America. Kristin’s in-depth and hands-on knowledge of the EV industry and its practices come from inside the front lines of the industry – creating & implementing infrastructure plans at two major EV Infrastructure players.
In 2018, Kristin joined Electrify America where she led U.S. and Canadian EV site acquisition, EV planning and deployment at Electrify America for four years. She also assisted with Green Cities initiatives and partnerships (OEM and utility).
Since 2021, she’s led EV planning, partnerships, and incentives at one of the nation’s leading convenience stores. Her current focus is EV site selection, deployment, and incentive funding research and application.
Prior to her roles within the EV industry, Kristin spent 5 years in Economic Development with Loudoun County helping new business navigate relocations to Loudoun. Assisting with grants, tax and other incentives at both the local and state level, Kristin helped business cut through red-tape and helped them find available incentives while advocating where needed to ensure a smooth relocation process.

Mark Bennett, M.B.A., PMP

Mark Bennett's experience significantly influences logistics strategies through his extensive background in digital integration and analytics. Currently, Mark serves as a Strategic Growth Advisor supporting logistics clients by providing tools for next-generation logistics enterprises, focusing on resilient supply chains in alignment with the Joint Warfighting Concept, and the Joint Concept for Contested Logistics Concepts. Mark is enthusiastic about proliferating the impact of digital integration for logistics clients with enhanced data visibility, improved efficiency, predictive analytics, and better coordination across supply chains. He emphasizes data ontologizing to enhance supply chain resilience for the U.S. Government, allies, and commercial partners.
Previously, Mark served 3 years as the Supply Chain focused on delivering accelerated digital capabilities empowering the U.S. Government, allies, partners, and commercial businesses with tools for next- generation logistics enterprises.
During his 6 years at Booz Allen Hamilton, Mark contributed to digital integration efforts for the Department of Defense's Advanced Analytics Platform (Advana) and other data management initiatives.
With over 25 years of experience in business development, program management, military service (Royal Air Force), Mark's military experience includes roles as the UK FMS Liaison Officer within the DoD, Consignment Visibility IPT Commander for the UK MOD, and various logistics functional leadership positions including bulk fuels, In Transit Visibility, logistics information systems and special forces operations.
He holds an MSc in Logistics Management, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and completed executive education at Wharton, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
